I'm Robert Worrell and I have over 8 years of experience as a Digital Learning Designer and Instructional Designer, working in both corporate and higher education settings. As a Senior Learning/Instructional Designer, I lead the end-to-end design and development of a wide range of synchronous and asynchronous eLearning resources, as well as programme/course development.

 

Focusing on real measurable impact for the business, I have experience using data, feedback and insights to evaluate learning effectiveness and identify improvements.

 

I specialise in eLearning development, scenario based learning, blended learning design, video/multimedia production, learning design project management and evaluating business impact.
